How do I know which size to choose?
Measure your dog's chest at the widest point, just behind the front legs, and check the size guide above. If they fall between two sizes, go up.
Can it be used in salt water?
Yes. Rinse it with fresh water afterwards and let it dry away from direct sun, and it will last far longer.
How do I wash it?
A gentle 30°C cycle and a line dry. No tumble dryer, and no fabric softener — it stops the fabric wicking.
When will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 2pm go out the same working day, and most parcels arrive within 2–4 working days.

What if it doesn't suit my dog?
Send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. It just needs to be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging — once something has been in the pool we can’t resell it, so give it a try at home first.
How do you decide what to sell?
Everything in the shop has been through our own pool and used by our own dogs before it goes on the site. If it didn’t hold up, or the dogs didn’t get on with it, it isn’t here. We’d rather stock a short list we trust than a long one we don’t.
