FAQs

Common questions.

Do dogs need to know how to swim?

Not at all. Many of our guests have never swum before. We introduce every dog to the water gently and at their own pace, and buoyancy aids are available so they feel safe and confident. If your dog can walk, they can have a wonderful time with us.

Is the pool safe for all dogs?

Our heated pool is a clean, controlled and closely supervised environment, suitable for dogs of all shapes, sizes and ages. Every session is overseen by our trained team. We offer recreational swimming rather than clinical hydrotherapy, so if your dog has a health condition please check with your vet before booking.

How long is a swimming session?

A standard session is up to 30 minutes in the water, plus time to settle in beforehand and dry off afterwards. Introductory and first-time sessions are a little shorter, so your dog can get comfortable without feeling rushed.

What should I bring?

Just your dog, a towel (we'll help with drying too), and a favourite floating toy if they have one. Please give your dog a chance for a toilet break before their swim, and avoid feeding a large meal right beforehand.

How do I book a session?

Booking will be quick and simple through our website once we launch. Join the waitlist now to be first to hear when booking opens, and to get early access and founding-member offers.

Can I stay and watch?

Absolutely. You're welcome to stay poolside and cheer your hound on — many dogs feel more confident with their favourite person nearby. Our team will guide you on the best way to support them during the session.

What if my dog gets tired?

That's completely normal, especially for first-timers — swimming is great low-impact exercise. Our team watches every dog closely and builds in plenty of rest, so your hound only does as much as they're happily able to, and we always finish on a positive note.
